Cancellation/ Refund Policy 

Thank You for PoPping with Naughty But Nice Kettle Corn Co.

 

Future dated orders UNDER fifty dollars ($50.00) needed within 7 business days from the order submission date can be cancelled within the 3 calendar days of initial order submission date.

For example, If order is placed on Monday, January 1st and needed for January 7th the order would need to cancelled by January 3rd.

 

Tax deductible entities will need to attach tax exemption form if it has not been uploaded already for the current calendar year. If it has been submitted within the calendar year, please indicate in note section that the form has been submitted. If a custom account has not  been created, taxes will still be charged but will be refunded once the order is filled. Refunds could take up to 5 business days from the day it’s processed.

After the 3 day cancellation window has passed, customer will be able to have order replaced or account credited for future use.

 

Orders over fifty dollars ($50.00) that  need to cancel or reschedule order will NOT Receive a refund on order. Orders can be rescheduled and used at a later date.   If the order has been fully  filled and produced, the customer will be responsible for obtaining order and a new order will need to be placed .

 

If an order is needed within 1 to 2 days of requested date, there is a $25. 00 Rush Fee for orders over 100 bags if scheduling permits.  For any questions, please call 1 (205) 224-5769 or email order@nbnkettlecorn.com to confirm if your rush order can be approved.

Order will be ready for shipping, delivery or pick whichever method is chosen. Shipment, delivery or pick up  will be mailed or delivered to address provided.

 

Shipping

Shipping is available and shipping fees apply. All orders are popped fresh to order to ensure the most delicious and enjoyable treat and are shipped 3 to 5 days before requested date. Shorter turn around could experience an increased shipping cost. We are unable to guarantee a specific time of delivery on the requested delivery date and there are NO REFUNDS if orders are not received due to carrier shipping issues or delays.

All Pickups are scheduled on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday between 10:30am until 2:30pm. Friday pickups are APPOINTMENT only days and are available between 10:30am and 4pm at the specific time chosen for pickup.

 

Deliveries are offered Monday through Friday between 10:30am and 5pm. We offer 2 time slots 10:30am and 1pm or 1pm to 5pm to ensure sufficient time for delivery between all deliveries. If an order is needed before 10:30am, we recommend scheduling delivery the day prior to that date.

 

Catering

Customers entering into a Catering Agreement and fully understands terms and conditions.  A 50% nonrefundable deposit of total is due to secure date and time of events. All major credit cards and company checks are accepted. Business checks should be mailed to address:

Client will provide a 10×10 or larger space for set up if the event is taking place outside. Inside setup options are an option depending on availability.  Client will provide a 20ftx 10ft space for the food truck catering. In the event of inclement weather, the event can be moved inside for prepop catering events.

If an inside option is not available for a Prepop Catering event or Onsite Pop and there are heavy rains or dangerous conditions, NBNKC event will err on the side of caution to keep the team safe. We will make sure we are following the local state and weather precautions.

Client will provide access  to electricity and water if required.

NBNKC will arrive 30 minutes to an hour prior to event time. Proof of insurance and license are due upon request. In the event of inclement weather or client needing to reschedule event, the event can be rescheduled within 12 months of initial event date. Rescheduled date is based on availability of requested date.

There are no refunds. We will offer product that was produced for event with the exception of any additional set up fees. Set fees will NOT be refunded can be used towards rebooking. If client refuses product, we will replace at reschedule and time. If client accepts the produced product, client will need to repurchase a new quantity at the time the catering is rescheduled . Client is responsible for contingency plans should inclement weather occur. Rescheduling date is contingent on NBNKC availability for we requested date.  NBNKC will guarantee product for a minimum of stated amount of  guest. Additional product can be purchased if available

1 day prior to event in increments of 50 guest and must be paid prior to distribution of product the day before .
